3-5:30pm : Welcome Home Reception and Launch by Ambassador Loyola Hearn
Ambassador and Mrs Loyola Hearn will arrive by horse-drawn carriage to steps of Coollattin House where they will be welcomed by ‘Lord Fitzwilliam’ and his guests. Everyone is welcome to Coollattin Golf Club to watch the arrival of the Ambassador . Weather permitting , the Launch Ceremony including guest speakers and music, will take place outside on the steps of Coollattin House.
Saturday, 14th September
Morning

- 10 am : Cooking Demonstration by Rory Morohan The Druid Chef in Coollattin ‘s Georgian kitchen
- 11 am: “It’s for the best” Assisted Emigration from Fitzwilliam Estate: guest speaker Fidelma Byrne
- 11:45 am : Genealogy in the Drawing Room with Mary Mackey. Mary will give talk and take questions
- 12-1pm : Cooking Demonstration by Niall Hill Executive Chef, Butlers Pantry
- 12-12:45pm : “Surplus People” The Fitzwilliam Clearances : guest speaker Jim Rees

- 2-3pm:: Living History: Corn Shucking Contest & Corn Dolly making for the kids and ‘Log Cabin Workshop’
- 2.30pm: Gaelic Games: A display of skills: will take place on the FairGreen in Shillelagh – The fairgreen is located on the right hand side as you come into village of Shillelagh from Coollattin, aprx 1 mile from the golf club.

- 4/4:30 pm: Fitzwilliam Clearance Re-enactment Pageant. An exciting dramatization of the Clearances performed by a cast of over 50 performers , dancers and musicians by well know local drama Producer Mick Byrne.
- 7-9pm: Céilí at Coollatin, Traditional Music, Open Session . Free admission. Irish Stew meal €10
- 9pm-12 am: Set Dancing
Sunday, 15th September
